To provide a secure and reliable online assessment and proctoring environment, we collect account and contact details such as your full name, email address, and candidate identifiers supplied by you or the hiring company managing your assessment.

We also collect assessment data, including the responses you submit during the hiring company’s evaluation process.

With your explicit permission, we access your camera and microphone during the assessment window to capture periodic still snapshots and audio clips for proctoring. Continuous video recording is not performed.

We additionally process device, app activity, and technical information such as performance logs, error reports, active window monitoring, and connected display configuration data to enforce exam security and maintain app reliability.

We use your information to deliver assessments, track progress, and collect completed answers on behalf of the hiring company.

Snapshot images, audio monitoring, active window checks, and display configuration checks help us verify identity, protect test integrity, and prevent unauthorized applications or multi-monitor misuse during the active assessment session.

We share assessment results, scores, and proctoring records with the specific hiring company evaluating your application and use technical data to diagnose issues, secure the platform, and improve the experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your assessment responses, snapshot images, audio recordings, and related proctoring metrics are shared only with the hiring company conducting your evaluation.

We may also share data with trusted service providers supporting hosting and infrastructure, and when required by law or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of users and the platform.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect assessment, proctoring, and device security data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

We retain snapshots, audio recordings, and assessment data only for as long as necessary to support the hiring company’s evaluation process or meet legal obligations, after which the data is securely deleted or transferred to the hiring company as required.

The assessment experience requires access to your camera, microphone, active focus windows, and display configuration checks. You can manage standard permissions through your device settings.

Revoking required permissions, using extra monitors, or attempting to bypass application restrictions will prevent participation in a proctored assessment.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. For assessment-specific requests or hiring decisions, contact the hiring company directly or reach out to us using the contact information below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements.
